Breathwork & Meditation 

So many of us these day struggle with constant 'to do' lists of managing work & home life that we can often end up feeling stressed, low in energy and find our sleep is disrupted.

Learning techniques to harness the power of the breath allows us to know how to return to a state of calm & balance. I combine sessions with a guided meditation  helping to quiet your mind & so that you leave feeling rested and restored. Many people find that they have never been able to meditate previously but by using the breath it acts as a gateway to allow a state of deep relaxation to be reached. 

Every Wednesday 7- 8 pm - Breathwork & Guided Meditation Group at Pure Health & Wellness (21a High Street, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, SO43 7BB)

Investment = £10  - one hour per person
